Element K, the provider of our Technology Training, has been purchased by Skillsoft, which is changing the product into a tutorial for business professionals who have knowledge of the programs. After a period of review and discussions, A.C.E.’s upper management has determined that the new product will not meet our educational needs and, therefore, we will discontinue selling the product effective immediately. The products that have already been sold will be supported through April 30, 2013.
